This Holiday Home is semi-detached houses perched on a site overlooking Kenmare and its surrounding hills and mountains. They each have their own garden (closed off from other gardens by a fence). The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished and contains an electric fireplace, tv, DVD and very cozy suite of furniture. The open plan kitchen/dining area has a sunny aspect and plenty of space.
From Killarney can take the N71 ? Scenic Ring of Kerry Road to Kenmare. On approach to the town pass by The Kenmare Bay Hotel on your right hand side & Centra Petrol Station on your left. Take the next left as enter the town & then after 100 m take another left. Pass the Holy Cross Church on the left hand side. Follow the road, it veers around to left & Kenmare Sunnyhill is located on the right hand side of the road.
Upstairs a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms. There is 1 double bedroom with ensuite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has more than adequate storage space. There is a main bathroom upstairs with toilet, handbasin, shower and bath. The houses are heated with electric central heating and there are storage heaters in each room. In addition, all bed linen and towels are provided.

Overlooking Kenmare and its surrounding hills and mountains. Located just a 5 minute stroll from Kenmare town centre. Kenmare is known as the jewel in the Ring of Kerry and no wonder with its location between two of the most beautiful touring routes in Europe - the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara. Killarney is a 40 minute drive and Cork City is just over an hour's drive away. Secure parking is provided for each house.
